Patricia Tannant   A physiotherapist since 1970, Pat has taken many diverse courses and workshops including her Manual Therapy (Part A) certification, Postural Reconstruction (level 1-5), Intramuscular Stimulation, Vertebral Manipulation, Visceral Manipulation, and Fascial Release. She is a member of Colege of Physical Therapists of Alberta (CPTA), Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), and Registered Certified Association of Manual Physiotherapists (RCAMP). In 2009, Pat was certified in Primal Reflex Release TechniqueTM.

STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy consists of 95% of her physiotherapy treatments. She finds it addresses most pathologies, even the most complex, at the causative level. With 40 years experience as a physical therapist she has seen significant improvements and successful results with STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy, even for patients who had plateaued under traditional care. As part of the teaching faculty for STAMINA® Academy Inc., Pat has made a significant contribution in course development and will be co-teaching with Aleyna Sheradha.

Aleyna Sheradha initially trained as a massage therapist in the early 1980's. Additional training in various modalities included: myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. An eight year personal rehabilitation with a failed back surgery eventually led her to extensive study and research into yoga as a viable source for physical rehabilitation. She received certification as a yoga instructor and specialized in rehabilitative yoga. This furthered her interest in the therapeutic aspects of kinesiology, attaining Education Kinesiology Master In-Depth Level Teaching Certification with Paul Denison, PhD., founder of Edu-K Foundation. Aleyna is also certified in Primal Reflex Release TechniqueTM, Laser Therapy, and Clinical Thermography.

Aleyna developed STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy over a period of fifteen years. Positive patient treatment outcomes led to the foundation of STAMINA® Academy Inc. Aleyna enjoys daily clinical practice while developing course material. She has written two training manuals and is working on a third. Her interest in improved research data has led to the development of a soon to be launched charting software system. As President and Founder of the STAMINA® Academy, her goal is to work with other health care professionals through the Academy to develop a legacy of rehabilitation for people suffering from musculoskeletal pain.
