This course is for physiotherapists (with or without manual therapy), chiropractors, and osteopaths interested in improving patient outcomes and minimizing plateaus. An innovative concept that expands on conventional knowledge of biomechanical function and the kinetic chain, treating mild to severe MSK dysfunctions at the causative level. Assessment and treatment skills are greatly increased with STAMINA®. Pathologies often missed by other methods are often readily assessed and resolved with STAMINA®. Therapists fully certified in STAMINA® can expect higher than average success rates with longer treatment retention.

Moving Massage In The Right Direction

STAMINA Orthopedic Massage
STAMINA® Orthopedic Massage Course
This course is for massage therapists interested in improving their assessment and treatment skills. Employing an orthopedic style of treatment, you will learn to address the root causes of MSK pain and pathology. The foundational course builds on all the benefits of conventional massage while disclosing new knowledge about the importance of moving muscle fibre in specific directions to support thier stabilization and load management capabilities. In the more advanced levels of training you will learn:
  • Anchor muscle alignment in the CNS through functional testing
  • Down-regulate the ANS rapidly and effectively, reducing myofascial trigger points and reflex pain
  • Reduce joint and nerve compression
  • Reduce compensation patterns

STAMINA® Orthopedic Massage improves outcomes for patients with longer lasting results. Physical strain on the massage therapist is greatly reduced with STAMINA® Orthopedic Massage techniques.

This course is for physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, fitness trainers, and yoga teachers and yoga therapists interested in gaining an improved understanding of the kinetic chain and its key stabilizers.

This will be new information not currently found in conventional literature and a refreshing departure from the popular emphasis on the core. It will challenge you to see the stabilization and mechanization of the body through fresh eyes. Upon completion of the course, practitioners will be able to apply these concepts to virtually any form of movement or style of physical activity.
