For patients who have reached a stable condition with STAMINA treatments (Rehabilitation or Massage Therapy). Includes 30 minute site specific massage treatment, pre/post muscle performance testing for optimum therapeutic results.

STAMINA® Yoga Therapeutics sessions are customized to meet the needs of an individual or a small group of up to 4 people. It is recommended that 4-6 sessions are scheduled for full benefit. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Rehabilitative Yoga is for individuals with acute or chronic physical problems. Each session is designed specifically for your particular condition or physical challenges.

Rehabilitative Yoga: Customized session for one person $65.00 + GST

Lifestyle Yoga is designed for people with good physical abilities. To qualify for lifestyle yoga a person must be able to get up and down off the floor repeatedly 10 times in a row with undue strain or effort.

Lifestyle Yoga: Customized session for 1 person	$65.00 + GST
Lifestyle Yoga: 2 person group	$35.00 + GST per person*
Lifestyle Yoga: 3 person group	$25.00 + GST per person*
Lifestyle Yoga: 4 person group	$20.00 + GST per person*

*You bring yrouself and your friend(s) for a customized session that suits the needs of the individuals in the group. All participants must attend to get the group rate booked. If all participants do not attend then the session is billed at the rate for the number of people in attendance.

Laser Therapy has an accumulative healing effect with each session progressively promoting improved cell function. Therefore, a series of appointments are scheduled for effectiveness.

Medical Thermography prices include interpretation by specially trained MD Thermologist. You receive a written report with full colour scans. A copy can be sent to your primary health care provider.

For Breast Thermography a baseline needs to be established for comparative purposes. After your initial breat thermogram a 3 month follow-up session is scheduled. If there are no suspicious findings then annual breast thermograms are recommended.

One hour class suitable for all fitness levels, benginner to advanced. Learn proper pole fit and body alignment, walking techniques, and more informative hands-on experience with Nordic Walking.
